what class is the slash 4x4, is it all grouped together and called unlimited, or is the sc 4x4 class divided up?

You run that in unlimited sct. Only one class for the 4x4.

i should add that it was a rtr slash 4x4 i picked up. so i'm not sure what upgrades are more important....so all that know please reply. thanks

Never ran on the outdoor track. I would check with Fradette. He is the only one I know that races the slash 4x4. For the indoor track I just ran thicker shock oil (think 50 all around) and the center diff.

Rachel has her slash totally stock with just goosebumps all four, and it feels perfect outside, very easy to drive with ample grip and rotation as well.

ok, thanks brandon. i was going to get the goosebumps but got the calipers instead...better tire life..
i'm gonna give the stock radio a shot, but, leaning toward my z1; got quite a few of the 310 rx. the truck feels pretty good on my backyard makeshift test track.
