Default Strange glitching problem

Hi all. I have a strange problem with my radio. I tried setting up a second car on model memory 2 and I could not turn right. It will either start to turn right and then kick back fully to the left or just automatically turn full left. I did a lot of testing and got some help from guys at the track and we determined it was a problem with the receiver after testing with different receivers and servos. I got two more receivers and had the exact same problem until I tried one of them on model memory 1 and it worked fine. It turns out that all of the receivers I have work under model memory 1 with no glitching, but when I try to use model memory 2 through 8 I get the same glitching problems. Any ideas on what I might try to rectify the situation? I found nothing in the manual that helps and the site where I bought it from has been no help. Thanks.

you want to make sure your EPA (end points) are set to the max and trim is in the middle, then make your adjustments from there....you also may have an issue with the steering horn on the servo being set in correctly (trim it dead center '0'...and if your wheels arent straight take the servo horn off and correct it. Without knowing the radio or set up...kinda hard. let us know what you find

are you by chance using a eurgle or flysky radio?

if so the arc point for models 2-8 are set way wrong from the factory.
for some reason they set it to somthing like 25-50-75-25, needs to be set 00-25-50-75

Sorry for the delay in getting back to everyone. Thank you for the responses.

VenturaDC - It is a Eurgle. I will give the ARC point settings a try tonight or tomorrow and see if I can get it working correctly.

I have made sure the endpoints are correct and that it starts out centered to no avail.

Thanks again for the help. I will not take as long to update with my latest results.

Thanks again all. With the advice from Ventura I was able to get model 2 working correctly. I now know what to do as I add models in the future. Once again thanks for the help as I was about to buy a DX3S to resolve the issues and now I am good with my radio.

why?

this radio has a ton of features, has worked flawlessly for many people and the receivers are only $9 each. This is coming from a guy that has run nothing but top dollar high end radios and i love my cheapie radio.

The latest update in my Eurgle saga.

Last week during my main something physically broke in my radio's steering wheel. Turning to the right is still fine as the spring engages to return the wheel to the neutral position, but turning left has no resistance and you have to manually return the wheel to neutral. I have decided to give up on this radio as I see no way to repair this issue after taking it apart and seeing the broken piece. If anyone is interested in three 2nd generation receivers for a Eurgle radio, PM me with an offer. I also have the 1st generation module with 2 or 3 receivers if anyone would like them. I will let someone have the radio itself if they are willing to pay the shipping. All the features still work and it turns fine, it's just that the wheel does not automatically return to center when turning left anymore. This radio does have a lot of nice features, but the lack of a readable manual and the quirks of it have me no longer willing to put in the time to work through the issues.

Luckily I haven't had this problem with mine, I bought mine used so that I knew it had been working for a while before I bought it.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately that is not the piece that broke on mine. There is a plastic piece connected to the steering wheel that pushes against the arm to actuate it that broke on mine. I will take another look though to see if I can come up with some type of similar fix.

That's too bad . Unfortunately I forgot to knock on wood after saying I hadn't had that problem yet , but I was able to fix it with that video. Is the piece that broke inside yours one of the things that protrudes from the steering shaft like this -> ,_O_ (the "O" being the steering shaft straight-on)? Sorry, that's the best I can draw it...
