Just wondering if we could switch the Heli and first Truck practice of the week to Heli Tuesday and Truck Wednesday. The problem is that the Heli guys want to take the track down Wednesday that gets set up on Tuesday. It would be much more efficent to set the track up on Wednesday instead, if it would not cause other problems.

First let me say we are very grateful for the space and time the club has given us to fly our helicopters in the building.

It would have made sense to have the days switched originally. At that time we asked what day would be best and the club decided Wed night would be best. I agree it is a little more work having to take the track down and for someone to have to put it back up. I takes 2 people about 5 min to take the track apart and if the big 4 person jumps are up and not in the middle of the room we leave it there.

However, that being said, It is very important to not switch the days of any exsisting program.

It is hard enough to get people to show up and when you start changing days it can become confusing for people. We are well into our second month and have have worked hard to spread the word of where and when people can expect us to be there. I do not want to waste all of that by switching days.
