anyone try to contact the original manufacturer. I know he said he sold the rights to another person, but maybe he has more info on things he could work on, or that person.

I know this is going to unleash a flood of emails, and the timing is terrible, as I'm getting on a plane early tomorrow morning, and will be out of town for the next 5 days.
We're tossing around the idea of starting to make the R/C parts, since there appears to be some interest in them. It will be a slow re-restart, since we've been making other products for the last number of years. One of my boys is interested in these components, and will be handling the production. He's still in school, so his time will be limited.
If you can stand not getting the parts immediately, we might be able to slowly get back into producing the components. It looks like the geared trannys are of interest. Are there any other products that you folks would be interested in?
Our primary website is wilsonprecision.com You can contact us at [email protected]
Or, you can reach my son at [email protected]
Take it easy on him, he's just 14, and working his butt off getting through high school, and helping with the gun business (and raising our lambs, rabbits, and helping around the house).
Sound good? Returning emails will be slow, also. Don't freak out if it his responses aren't immediate. He only gets online once or twice a day, usually just enough to knock-out some homework. He has all the CAD/CAM files, so once he gets up-to-speed with the specific parts, and what you guys are looking for, it should be a neat deal all the way around.
Thank you guys!
