Hey guys. I'm needing to replace a set of crank bearings for an older .21 on-road novarossi competition 2000 engine.

Do you guys know of a place that has these bearings? i dont need anything special..just high grade steel will be fine.

the front bearing measures-
19mm x 7mm x 6mm (.748'' x .275'' x .235'')

the rear bearing is-
25mm x 13mm x 6mm (.985'' x .512'' x .235'')

is this a typical, easy to find size?

The new Flash "SPECIAL" comes in both versions, "TUNED" (modified) and "non Tuned" (stock).

Hey man, i ended up getting some from a-main actually. they arent genuine novarossi or anything, but they werent to bad of a price.

This motor needs to be repinched as well.. im thinking about sending the P&S to rayaracing. It seems like that guy knows what hes doing, so any of you guys use him?

Im going to replace the con-rod and wrist pin while im at it. whats the best place to get those as well?

rod bushing lost lubrication...You spun a bushing son !!! LOL J/K .. should use more oil in the fuel or run it richer that is a 100% lubrication related failure ....

Yes, I have to learn what "fast enough" is and stop turning that needle clockwise! haha, gladly the internals weren't destroyed except for a nick on the piston which I dremeled smooth. feels OK now, no way I am shelling out $250 for a new P/S for this engine! lol

(i'll stick to beating on my Gotech)

are most novarossi .21 rods interchangeable? do they share the same dimensions, ie, length, bushing I.D. etc ?

If i have an old novarossi on-road .21, would i be able to put a new rod in it?

I can get dimensions of my old con-rod.. if somebody has measurements of a newer rod so i can compare.. that would help me out a ton.

what fuel do you use ? offroad fuel or onroad fuel ? as a general rule offroad fuels do not have enough lubrication for a high RPM onroad engine....

Maximo what fuel brand and what oil percentage do you recommend for off-road racing?

I was wondering, Since RB's C10 (flasgship onroad engine) has the same specs as the 35 plus 21, and novarossi went back to the 35 plus 21 engine for the flash 21.
Does that mean that the 35 plus 21 is the optimal design?
9 ports, 14.5mm crank, 16.26 bore x 16.80 stroke.

Seems like they got it right with the 35+21 and don't know what to change?
