I forgot to get some air filter oil for my new OS engine and air filter.

I have some K&N air filter oil from my cars, will this work just fine?

Just happened to see this thread from the front page. I race offroad nitro buggy and used K&N filter oil all season last year (and the season before) and had not one issue with it. I have no problem running it for the next season.

It's not recommended to use on foam filters, though I have in a pinch. It's a bit thin for foam.

If you have a good motorcycle/atv shop in your area, go down and get a bottle of NoToil pre-filter oil. Best stuff on the planet and a bottle will last you for years.

i use it all last season never had an issue with it,if i dont get pick up marks on my piston im happy.
