Ok, so I've got the hotwire interface. The light flashes green on the hotwire module when hooked up to the esc (which the red lights are on by the way). It is definitely receiving power via the usb through the computer by showing this. For some reason my Macbook with Parallels running XP SP2 with framework and also my other computer Dell Inspiron with XP SP2 does not recognize the hotwire module. I've downloaded all the requirements such as "Vegas" and framework etc. and exhausted options before contacting tekin. Has anyone experienced this?? Thanks!

nevermind figured it out. Switched USB attachments (luckily had a cellphone back up with same connector), and voila! Able to read Hotwire interface on XP using Macbook!
