Default Balancer to batt. connector

Heya, just looking for a little advice. I've got a Team Checkpoint balancer, and I want to hook my Susumu (Yeah Racing) batteries to it. I've had to luck so far finding an adapter. Here's what I need.

The Checkpoint balancer has (I think) an 8 pin TP style plug on it. The battery has what I think is a 3 pin XH type of balance connector on it.

So, what I'm wondering is if the Checkpoint does indeed have the Thunderpower style input and if I'm guessing correctly about what the battery side of the equation is.

I think I've found a connector, but I'm not sure if it will work. Here's a link.

That should work if yuou're correct about the type balance connection on each end. I can't verify that - TC seems to have re-directed the balancer toward their own hard cased lipos now and the old info on it has been changed. The ones I'm finding come with the 3 wire harness for a hard cased lipo now.
