Not one email returned, phone call, or fax. Ya know they can shove there 523's where the sun don't shine. No jumping houses just breaking in on an open parking lot and one or two race weekends.Hey atleast return a communication from a customer,I was nice I just wanted to discuss the issue and see if we could come to some resolution. I shoud have wiped my ass with the $600.00 + invested in the engines and flushed it down the kamode.Since I can not get RB customer support to lift a finger I may part out the motors to recoupe some cash or mabey build a monument to take to each race to display the fine machineing and intricate port work thats totaly useless because both blocks are cracked that were mounted in two different cars and the trucks only ever saw a parking lot and a race track for less than a gallon of fuel Traxxas and OS customer support has been nothing but top notch. I hope RB contacts me just to acknowledge my concern. If not I could not in good conciense every purchase an RB product again and certainly not have anything favorable to say about them.

Anyone know if the WS7III crank will fit in a Junior 9?

Deos the WS9 and buggy 9 have a different carb than the lower motors?

Yes I believe the crank will fit in any of the "S" series engines. I replaced a S7crank with a WS7 after I broke a screw off in the end. If the carbs on the B9 and WS are like the C6 then yes they are better. The low end needle has two o-ring seals compared to one in the sport engines.

Hey Aaron, I ran about 10 tanks through my K9 yesterday. That about 14 tanks total. Then I started leaning it out and WOW! It is a "Killer" motor for sure!!!

Yea Jud it is a great engine. I was having a little problem with my carb tho. It was sticking on me manually giving me a little run-on after I let off the throttle. I put a hair rubberband on, rechecked my linkage, but nothing helped. So I machined down a extra C6 carb to fit the smaller carb hole on the Killer. I will let you know how it works out. Engine did get great milage, I did a 9 min pit on Sunday and my pit man said I still had plenty of fuel left.

P.S. Ditch the 8mm restrictor for a 7mm, big difference in runtime!!!

I'm looking for a 7mm venturi that will fit the K9. Will any of them work, is one brand better than another, or stick with the RB brand venturi? What are you guys using?

I raced the killer 9 for the first time at SIC last weekend and it truly is a great
engine. It has a nice linear power curve and plenty of top end speed. I think
over the next few months your going to see a lot more of these mills.

S7 help please!!!!! I just recently rebuilt my trusty S7 with a new p/s/r... Break in was good race nice! One thing is troubling me? I cant get rid of this annoying lean bog sound and it bogs bigtime on the bottom...Temps are nice.. No matter where I set the bottom needle it gives the impression that it is too lean???? I thought it was my clutch but not?? I ran the same setup as I did before wich is a full Mugen clutch, springs, shoes ect.....If I had an airleak would that cause it? No I did not seal my carb or my back plate... To answer all of your questions, I run Odonnell plugs, byrons 30...Its just weird that it was working fine before my rebuild??? ..It has that annoying sound like the clutch is enguaging too soon, but its not the clutch.....Would a airleak cause this?????
