I have a Kyosho DRT and a couple months ago I ran it into some water and it went crazy. After i cought up to it I cut it off and took it inside and let it sit for about 3 months. Yesterday I took it out and it workss ok for about 2 mins and then the controls stopped working. So i cut it off for a couple mins and then cut it back on and it works just fine, Then out of no were, again I got no responce from the car.
So I gave up and came back inside and changed the batterys. I took it out this morning and it did the same thing.. only this time I was messing with the servos with my hand and it stuck wide open and my car did doughnuts in the street. I had to stop it with my foot.
So I'm lost. Can someone please tell me what my problem is?

Could be something shorted out while it was wet before you got it shutoff and its damaged and its not going to get any better.
Might try opening the esc and putting it somewhere hot for several days to be sure its dried out. I put stuff in the car on the dash and leave car in sun with the windows up. If it still doesn't work, its prob time to replace it.
