Has any one had a run away using a dx3s radio and find out it just lost signal?

the only time my spektrum loses signal is when im running my receiver that has no antenna but then i still get at least a 100ft before i loose signal but my other receiver runs fine and the antenna is fine might be a problem with the receiver antenna

x2 id either check yourself and make sure antenna is attached properly or contact horizon about the matter

If it losses signal shouldn't the fail safe kick in? Bad/dead receiver pack???

it does for me but it takes like 3+ secs

at our track here few racers have the same problem. battery charged, everything else is ok, and it just glitch. im not sure which type of receiver used.
