HPI Cup Racer 1M

Can I get the set-up for my "Type PD"?

Also the slots on the diff is a tad undersized to fit the Cup Racer dogbone pins (need to file off .2-.3 mm or so). After doing so, you should also use anti wear grease (since the surface is no longer anodized).
I'm trying to get some Pro D (drift chassis from HPI Japan) to see if they would be a direct fit.
Also FYI the Hot Bodies D4 ball diff set is a perfect fit upgrade/replacement for the Cup Racer ball diff.
We are continuing to develop option parts and upgrades for the Cup Racer...stay tuned
Thanks,
AH

Andy, could you be a little more specific w/ the part no.?
FYI on Pro 4 Spool mod.

lighter diff gear?
Is there a lighter diff gear (plastic like the Pro4 gear) in the works? I've heard that the Pro4 gear works but it isn't supported by the center bearings as well as the stock metal diff gear.

Here are the part numbers for the Hot Bodies D4 WCE Diff
Currently there is not a complete set with a single part number
Also the diff below is made for the D4 WCE Offroad Race Buggy so a tad overkill for the Cup Racer. Although you will most likely never break a diff screw since it has the oversized diff screw and metal diff halves.
etc...
(working on more Cup Racer specific parts )
In the meantime for the ultimate super CR diff:
#61538 DIFFERENTIAL SCREW/HEAVY-DUTY NUT SET (2.6mm)
#61148 DIFF THRUST WASHER 2.8x5.8x1mm (2pcs)
#61149 DIFFERENTIAL THRUST BALL 1/16"
#B130 BALL BEARING 10x15x4mm (RUBBER SHIELD/2pcs)
#Z892 WASHER 10x12x0.2mm (10pcs)
#Z891 WASHER 10x12x0.1mm (COPPER/10pcs)
#61450 DIFFERENTIAL CUP JOINT SET
#A164 DIFFERENTIAL RING (13x19mm) (2 pcs)
#61433 BEVEL GEAR SET (39T/16T)
#A157 CARBIDE DIFFERENTIAL BALLS (3/32 ) 2.4mm (12 pcs)
#A165 SPRING 6x7x1.5mm (DIFFERENTIAL) BLACK (2 pcs)
Thanks,
AH
