I have a S-Maxx and i took apart the differentals to repalce the bearings.
now i dont know what to use to regrease/lube inside the case.
i took it all apart and it looks like grease was used stock i called traxxas and they said to use 30,000/50,000 diff lube inside the part that has all the small gears in it and to use grease on the big gears

please help me out on what to use

I would use the 30,000 weight oil in the diff with the small gears and use the traxxas grease on the outside of the main gear.

I'm not sure if they are sealed or not. If they are then run the 30,000 weight oil if they aren't then switch to 100,000 oil. The 100,000 oil can't seep out very easily.

When you took the main gear off the cup that holds the little gears was there a small rubber seal around the outside of the cup?If so then your diffs are sealed. If it didn't then it is not but want you can do to seal then is use some RTV sealant around the seam where the big gear and the cup connect.Just use a small amount and apply it like your resealing the edges of you bathtub.Hope that helps.
