If I buy everything together, it could easily be $500!

But anyway where could I find good lipos at a decent price?
Just a mid grade pack to get me by.
And the lipo cut-off..Is there one brand better than the other?

The SMC 6000mah/28C is a very good batt for the $$$s

I like the Zippy Lipos from Hobbycity. They are MUCH cheaper than any of the others available, and I have seen many packs from them first hand perform just as well as expensive name brand packs. I personally have a few of the cheap packs and a few very expensive name brand packs. I will continue buying the cheap ones until I see a difference.

I'm pondering this myself. I'm looking into the $60 hobbycity charger and the hobbycity lipos. When I get the money it's definately going to happen.
