[QUOTE=Raul Garcia;5878016] Your getting faster though, well get you onto the darkside and run a Associated soon enough. QUOTE]

Never! I'm straight Traxxas and Duratrax yo.......mostly.
Yeah I thought you did actually eat a pipe or two in the main......I just happened to eat three or four. There's definately something to be said for the consistency or your driving Raul. Faster motors, super cells and big air definately do not make for quicker laps, unless your initials are Kyle Rhodes or Steve Simmadownnow.

Well It was a great night for me, I got the BJ4 finished up with Mark, did some practice runs on the track.... and must say I LOVE THE TRACK LAYOUT.... its technical but also fun... I hope that there isn't going to be any changes made to the track....

Thank you Mark for the help last night, same to you kyle I appreciate it. Also Travis it was so good to see you again... I will have my T4 ready soon so we can get back on the track for some more fun....

My new classes now for me is Open Truck, and 4wd class...

A lot of you guys have asked me about Control Freaks new off-road track. Well here is a youtube vid of the finished track... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piKi9...e=channel_page

They currently offer 1/8 buggy, 1/8 truggy, stock Slash, mod SCT and electric 1/8 buggy. They will run other 1/10 scale classes as long as there are 6 entries. Most of us has 1/8's, Slash or SC10's so lets try to set up a road trip and go race there on a Sunday that they hold off-road. We can even get a 4wd class going for that day easily since so many of us have them. Only need 6 to have a class. I would recomend a big motor for this track, 7.5 at a minimum. Since they race on Sundays we can still run at RCHR on Saturday then head up to Chaplin CT for some outdoors racing on Sunday. A full weekend of racing!!!

Here is the Offroad Scedule.

Roar membership is required to race. One Day ROAR membership is avaliable at the track for $15.00. Full Year membership is $30.00

First race is $25 - all additional races for the day $15 - Racers under the age of sixteen will require a signed waiver the day of the race. Sign-ups allowed the day of the race between 8am-10am.

Practice is at 9:30AM Races start at 11AM. No engines before 9am!

JUNE 21 (SUNDAY) - Controlfreakz OFF ROAD Race
JULY 19 (SUNDAY) - Controlfreaks OFF ROAD Race
AUGUST 13&14 (THURS & FRI) - OPEN Practice for OFF ROAD Regional 10am-6pm
AUGUST 15 & 16 (SAT & SUN) - ROAR OFF ROAD REGIONAL
SEPTEMBER 13 (SUNDAY) - Controlfreakz OFF ROAD Trophy Race
OCTOBER 4 (SUNDAY) - Controlfreakz Fall Final OFF ROAD Trophy Race

I bought a cheap tazer to tide me over if the esc has to be sent out. Can't use 7 cells but that is ok. Just to get something ready for next weekend.

Great looking track, when you run the Corr trucks do they shorten the track like at excitement, or do they just run them on the same layout as the 1/8's

Same layout. All the jumps are spaced out enough so they all become singles for SCT. It flows like a fullsize CORR track.

RCHR I hope you can make some magic for this dinky RTR ESC...

A new ESC I had to buy worked fine so the ESC from AE is what crapped.

Is AE serious when they void a warranty if I changed to deans? Who uses Tamiya plugs these days anyway?

Please tell me some goosebumps came in...truck is dying for them

No problem, a thanks would go to Steve S. also He gave me the parts, and I gave them to you, just to get another SC10 out there.. Lets get the race field packed.

Ralph, make a list of what is needed for T4 Conversions to a SC10 so you can post it.
