Default GT style bodies

We now have a stock class with GT style bodies. We had just one race where also the touring bodies could be used but next time you have to use a GT. Does anybody have experience with the GT bodies? Which one is working good? I know there are the Chevron Bugattiīs and the GT350 but I think you canīt buy them here in Europe and shipping overseas is way to expensive. I have seen the Proline Ford GT40 looking not too bad but I donīt know how it works. Also there are the Proline Lamborghini Gallardo or the HPI Lamborghini Murcielago. What do you think? Any vote for an other GT? Good handling is the most important. Thank you.

Hi V12

I know that the Maclaren F1 body I great for stock. And people here in Denmark are also testing the Ferrari Enzo at the moment, but I'd go for the Maclaren.

Take care

I know HPI did make an awesome McLaren F1 but it was cancelled long time ago. Any other company makes one?

Can't find it on the web. But I know some people who still race it and I'll ask them where they got their bodies.

Other then that I can only think of the Ferrari Enzo (ProtoForm).

Take care

I saw that in Japan if the bodychoise is open most of the people use the Bugatti or the HPI Suzuki Pike's Peak Escudo. The Escudo has massive wings and looks like a small car with 1/5 scale wings. Very cool looking.

Why not try the Tamiya Modena body? They should be available in Germany I'd think. Or you can try the NSX body. Protoform also has a Modena. And you can use the Nissan 350z body as well. Some racers here have used them with good results.

I know back in the ealry 1990's here in Sydney, the weapon of choice was the HPI McLaren and the HPI NSX. I must admitt the McLaren was the best for overall handling and plenty of downforce.

The Bugatti EB10 is also good, plenty of people are using them in Japan.

Can someone put a pic of that ENZO body there testing ?? Is that the Protoform FX ?? I love Ferrari
