Would you guys be intrested in running a 10.5/matched gear ratio, 4wd class to reduce part/tire wear and keep the class driveable and affordable? (even though I hate spec classes)

I'm sure Will wouldn't have a problem with it, and I think I could get Jim Soucy into it as well, Kevin Graves shouldn't be a problem either.

Just looking to keep a class weekly consistant and affordable. Pink BK Bars and Tapers would wear really well with a 10.5.

Let me know guys...
Doesn't matter to me either. What ever you want to run, you are the boss! Good luck on getting Soucy back, especially for a whole night! That would be a good class, as I run faster lap times with a dumping battery vs. a full one anyways.

Dan's also running a 10.5. I should have an FS this week. I have no problem dropping a 10.5 in it. Was only planning on using an 8.5-9.5 anyways.

John B, does your chassis brace also fit the FS? Kyle was saying the mounts were a little different. If they dont can you make me one that will fit? thanks

It will fit a FS, but I am making some just for the FS as well. I have Jason Pelletier(RB Five) from LIR testing one out now. I will let you know when they are ready if you want one. Thanks..

Does that mean I have to scrub and shave my taint before the next race?

Like a wise and savy race guru(Steve S.) once told me, "Dirty Drivers are an unpleasant part of R/C racing, So deal with it and Shut up..."

All Jokes aside, sometimes you just have to adjust to dirty drivers, it's like adjusting to different track conditions.

If you're gonna get mad everytime someone bumps you, flips you over, or hack you, then might as well just race in SC class and have some fun...

So am I reading this correct.....

We are trying to make the 4wd class more affordable? 10.5 only with a set gear rule and spec tire?

Just want to make sure so I can decide what to put in my SP. I guess the 6.5 I have sitting here is no useless now.....

no 4wd is not going to be that way for ever and if enough people show up for 4wd mod then that class will still be there.
