I think the Hyperion 0720iNet or its predecessor, the 0610iNet chargers will do everything you listed. You'll need more than the Hyperion style balance adapter supplied with the charger, but its just a matter of buying the appropriate one. The stick pac requires a diff harness completely, but thats available as well. This includes specs on the charger -

or the 0610i -

I don't know which balance conn losi uses, but theres only 4 major types and its got to be one of them. Either charger comes with the Hyperion style balance adapter. The others are ~$5 each, I just bought the all so I'd always be able to balance any lipo. Here's one of them for the align type tap -

I'm not sure any charger will tell you any more than the voltage whe you plug one in - These chargers have something called TCS - Terminal Capacity % Selection that lest you tell charger to charge batt to a percentage of rated capacity like 60 or 80% for storage purposes. I don't think it will tell you what percent you're at just by plugging it in. You can do that quiclky fromn the given voltage read off the charger though.
Note the 0720i will charge up to 7S vs 0610i at 6S limit. The 0720i balance boards are diff since the go up to 7S connections than the 0610 adapter boards which go only up to 6S.

A couple of them I like:
Turnigy, has built in balance ports, decent price, backlite, 7.0A max charge rate, pretty much just about everything you specified except being able to watch individual cell voltages. And its accurate too, unlike the checkpoint chargers.

The Venom seems to be right in there as well for a decent hobby charger, but not quite as cost friendly:

Now for the all out racer type, I like these software upgradeable ones. The are sweet! With these you CAN watch each cell voltage and a ton more. Best darn Lipo charger I have found period.

10th item down in the list
The Turnigy manual shows pics of watching lipo cell voltages - but its somewhat confusing as it is talking about during lipo storage or discharge modes and says nothing about during charging. I have a Accucel-6 (I'm going to guess the 6 and 8 are identical instruction wise) and will see what it will actually do next time I charge a lipo. The manual just may not mention it - these manuals are not being written by people whose 1st language is english.
Speaking of manuals, Venom-Pro manual is apparently even more poorly written as I've seen many replys from owners asking for help in getting the charger setup and running.
