Default Best battery?

Whats the best battery, power-wise and that holds a good charge, to put into an electric car? Also looking to use these batteries in an EZ charge starter for Nitro.

What battery would you recommend? Right now, Im using about a 3yr old 1500mAh 6-Cell Ni-cd pack, from Dynamite, so I desperatly need new ones.

Battery and charger Im using now: http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...obbies/001.jpg

What type of battery are you wanting to run? What charger will you be using this with?

Going from 1500mAh to today's NiMH batteries is like night and day.

Do you need a stick pack or flat-pack?

stick:

flat:

I've started to move over to the enerG 4600 mAh cells. Got 'em from www.promatchracing.com at $5.50 each cell. They will build up packs for you too - you probably will just do fine with sport packs, not their matched packs. They maintain higher voltage over the course of using them vs. some other cells I'm using - and the results on a track are visible.

I would visit www.cheapbatterypacks.com and find a pack that will fit your vehicle. If they dont have one or you need a custom pack, those can be built as well. They have excellent Elite4700mAh packs that will give you good power and long run times...
