Default M11 antenna mod question...

i am wanting to do the antenna mod on my airtronics m11

i have the spectrum SM1001 DSM Pro Series Module

where are instructions on where to do this? i did a search on this forum and couldn't find it. also, is there somewhere that can do this for me? i'd rather have someone do it for me, but if not i can try it myself...

That's an M8 but the M11 can't be much different.

I standby my statement. I think the basics are there for all radios. The screws my be in a different spot and you may need to route the antenna a different way but all the steps are listed. Give it a try, you never know you may become the person at your track that does the spektrum conversions.

if the cost worries you and your not willing to accept the cost of replacing the equip b/c u did somethin wrong. then do attempt it. thats how i look at it. i still havent done my m11 b/c its essentially not been outta the bag as the m8 is the 1st weapon of choice (which i did do exactly to that guide)

Yup... the mod only involves relocating the antenna on the spectrum module. The actual radio electronics are untouched...

Thanks for the link FOXY923 i just did this mod on my M11 a few days ago and tested it out yesterday at our track and it works great and looks better having the antenna out of the way a mod well worth doing.
