Ok..It sounds like you are too lean ..you need to richen up a tad..That should take care of your problem..

I agree with slawhammer. I had this problem before and I was lean. Are both trucks tuned for summer? It's still cool out and I had to richen it up to get the tune right since the last time I ran my Revo's were last summer. Sorry, just saw that you said they were both running fine then... all of a sudden....

Ok .if cool mornings or cool evenings Temp wise... us a A3 glow plug it is a hotter plug...Hot day say 75*degrees or more.. use A5 glow plug this is slightly cooler than OS#8 glow plug...I use these glow plugs my self ..so this should help...
