The Futaba 3PK and 3PKS, and 4PK can be changed to a left hand wheel setup. The Aitronics M8 and M11 can, and so can the Nomadio Sensor.

I didn't realize this radio (the Spektrum DX3R) can be used in the left hand steer configuration?
I presently use the M11 with the Spektrum Pro stuff in and have had nothing but problems. Problems centred around using the Spectrum module and receiver.

What sort of function availability does the DX3R have? Does the receiver still use as much power as the pro system does?
Have you had any other problems with the radio set up?

Thanks for any info' you can give.

It takes maybe 5 minutes to change the DX3R from Right to Left handed steering configuration. The radio comes with all the necessary pieces to make the change, and literally - it's 3 screws. It will do everything your M11 does, but in detail click here for a link to the advanced features of the DX3R. I don't know exactly how much power the SR3100 receiver uses, but it's details are here. Setting up the radio is really easy, and the single scroll button is really easy to use. There is also a review in the new issue of Xtreme R/C that might give you what you're looking for, but I've had 0 issues with mine, it works really well.
