Cool

For you guys who want to know tracks in China.
I just come to NJ from Shanghai half years ago.
If you are in mainland, first of all, which city do you live?
If you are in Shanghai, "Shanghai International R/C Track" will be your best choice.
Guangzhou has many R/C tracks located in different cities, depending on which class you are interested in.
Addition to that, the forum of "www.rcfans.com" will be your best choice if you are focusing on RC car in China.

Email me if you have any questions about Chinese RC tracks.
I will try my best to give you the best answers.

Bongi,

Try to find out where they race 1/8th off road. A decent model shop should be able to tell you or you can try one of the guys selling stuff on Taobao (Chinese kind of Ebay).

The guys from RCinPRC (I saw the message there to) may be able to help. There is an off road track here in Guangzhou so there should be something in Shanghai as well....... If not, find some land and get some workers to make you one... lol

I've been out of China and RC for awhile but keen to get back into in in the next year if possible.

Good Luck

Default Looking for on road track in Beijing

Hi All,

I am RC guy from Mongolia. I have never seen in action real RC racing. I have been busy for long time and just recently returned back to my RC car hobby. Right now I have 10 cars EP and Nitro. I can not wait to get in real racing action. I have some friends here also in this hobby but not many. I am looking for real RC specialist friend who can help me to become my RC racing coach. I will be traveling to Beijing in a week time. If anyone can also advise me where in Beijing I can find active RC race track that would be really great. Hoping for your kind help.

Hi Narra, welcome to Rctech.

You can find some RC shops on http://www.rcfans.net/ It's in Chinese but its still a good place to look....... They should have some racing happening in Beijing somewhere but out of my expertise.

Another place to ask would be to look on Taobao and ask one of the sellers there some questions as to where the tracks are. You can try them in English (some speak English) and if all else fails then use a translator... They are usually pretty helpful there.. There are a few On road tracks around China but its usually local knowledge that helps find them.

Good luck........ and remember to report back with you progress

Hi Renjie,

that was awesome quick response from you. Thanks a lot for your great help. I will certainly report you back about my findings. I am trying to put Evolva M3 together. Waiting for engine to come. Thinking to get decent Radio Transmitter and some high torque servos from in Beijing. I will try this store you have advised me.

Have a great day.

HI Renjie,

Just got back from China. Did not have much time for RC but I went to the shop in Beijing. They have pretty good inventory down there. I have asked them if I can go to race track but unfortunately they was not planning that evening. Here is the contact number for that RC car store guy: 13801396637 (cell), 64207706. He does not speak almost not english. They had pretty good cars down there. I bought Futaba 4PK 2.4 for 360$.

Regards,

Narra
