Default Brushless ESCs Recomendationa

I am looking for a speedo that can handle brushless and brushed. Not really concerned if it can handle lipo or not. I want one that doesnt cost me an arm and the leg and is easy to use. Any recommendations? Thanks

This is the best one that comes to mind. I'm not sure what Tekin, or LRP has though. There are some other brands too. Depends on what you plan to do really. What do you plan to do really? LOL

Thanks for the replies.I plan on doing some racing and some bashing. i plan on putting it in a b4 to run stock. I dont plan on running modified but I want something that could handle a mod rated equivalent brushless if I choose to expand.

The GTB will definately handle what you need then. I used mine in stock truck and now it's in my mod buggy. Only 7.5 turn but I'll have a 6.5 soon. The GTB is awesome in that it is HIGHLY adjustable. so nice.

Yeah, in the link up above I posted an XBR. But tonyking mentioned that he'd like the possibility of a mod motor. Looks like the XBR can handle down to an 8.5 pro motor and I assume this means the Velociti motors. But I'm not sure. If you don't plan to get too serious about racing then the XBR would be good like BuggyKing suggested. I have no idea how the 8.5ss pro would be. I've only used the 7.5

What are you putting the 10.5 in. Is it the EX? Please let us know what it's like on the track, or where ever you use it.

I'd point you to the Novak GTB. The box mine came in came with a Velocity 5.5r, so I can't help but think it's spec'd for motors down to that point at least.

And in the event that something does go wrong, the Novak service is first rate.

First is an understatement.....Novak rules when it comes to customer service.....I got the xbr on Thursday and it had a broken sensor wire....
I called Novak and I was upset....The next day I got a brand new one (UPS) and they took back the old one....I was so impressed with the customer service I bought a 10.5 for me. It is going in a T4 and possibly a TC4....
I ordered mine and it will be here next week.

I just got my gtb and 6.5 a week ago. This is my first brushless system and i wouldn't go with anything besides novak (always ran orange) and that's the best thing i could have done, i don't know why i waited so long. It is the smoothest, it's perfect.
