For me I use a 2T oil (the one that they use on 2 stroke motorcycles) I use it as a after run oil and foam filter oil at the same time. Does the job and saves me a lot of money.

Some of the after run oil is Marvel Mystery oil. That's what the hobbico stuff is anyway. Works really well, and since hobbico sells it by the little bottle, I can keep refilling it from the quart of Marvel I bought at the store. Plus, it has a distinct smell. LOL. That's what made me think it was Marvel Mystery oil.

I have heard that you should stay away from WD-40, as it contains petroleum which makes o-rings permeable or whatever (it makes o-rings not work anymore, causing air leaks etc.).

I use PowerSave racing after-run oil.

Byrons 30% and MMO after sitting for two weeks and it looks like they won't be run for a few more weeks. Or when putting an engine back together after and inspection, I put a little MMO on the p/s, crank, bearing, carb barrel (All the moving parts).
