i know its weird,,but when i inspected the spur gears took them apart cleaned them out , i noticed the clutch bell loose ,,,found out it didnt have the screw on,,,

Locktite is your friend

When you put it back together be sure and locktite that sucker. And if you haven't already it's a good idea to go though the whole truck and locktite every metal to metal screw in it.

i never did look over the whole truck for loose screws,,but is it a good idea to loctite the screw for the clutchbell ?

That is the single most important item to loctite properly, I would not start my engine without it.

I would go to a Autoparts store and purchase some paste or gel blue loctite.
