Mounting Tyres
#1
I have mounted some before however they weren't perfect. I have another set to do and so any help with these would be appreciated. Tips or Tricks or do's and Don't's.
Thanks
Robert.

Since I have mainly raced rubber most of the time in RC, I have tried things like different glues and tyre mounter tools.
So far I have been very happy with the Much More CA tyre glue. It is really thin, so has a capillary effect. All I do is mount the tyre and run a bead of glue around the rim, and job is done.

I think that is where I went wrong last time.
I pulled the tyre back at different intervals and well may have used too much or something.
Might just try a thinner glue to soak into the groove.
Thanks.

Just get the thin muchmore glue and run a bead around the outside of the tyre edge, it will seap in and stay put.
just mount it all up and glue. dont peel the edgae and try to put glue inside the bead, this will be messy.
