Ofna_driver_777,
Your temp is in the ball park, ensure you maintain a light trail of smoke during full throttle applications. Always adjust the high speed needle first. Make numerous full throtttle runs, always maintain the light trail of smoke as you lean the high speed needle for the highest speed. After your satisfied with the high speed setting bring the car to stop and allow the engine to idle for about 5 seconds then give it full throttle, it should accelerate smoothly and rapidly. If it does not and puffs out a thick stream of smoke the low speed needle is to rich turn the needle 45-90 degrees clockwise and repeat procedure. If it speeds up rapidly and then bogs down the low speed neddle is to lean turn it 45-90 degrees counter-clockwise and repeat. After your high and low speed settings are good you can adjust the idle screw for a reliable idle. Remember 2 stroke glow engines will begin to "load up" (excessive fuel) if their allowed to idle for an extended period of time. This is normal. Thats all there is to it.

Question 2
The failsafe is turning on when its maybe 150ish feet away...
I've charged the battery in the car, and checked the batteries in the remote (with one of those AA tester strips)....
Whats goin on? How often should i be charging the car battery?

Just from my experience on the 2 or 3 ofna rtr's i bought i had nothing but problems with the failsafe's, they never seemed to work the way they were supposed to so i used a different brand and didn't have any problems. plus i know when i first got my rtr's i had set them up and i did over and over but i had no luck.

Question 3
I have street tires and im doing spins and sliding and burning out going at full speed. Will this ruin my tires and is it in any way bad for the car?

I go full throttle for a stretch and then take off the gas and pull a 180, and then full throttle it going the other way... is that bad?

Is pulling full throttle 180's bad? Again is it bad? It can be..... going full throttle and doing a 180 then blasting full throttle again can put the gears under tremendous strain. If something is off or not shimmed well it's going to fail eventually.
