OK, I don't understand how they are scoring. All I have is what

Scott told me to post. He said it's confusing until they are done

qualifying tomorrow! So, here goes!

Open Mod
8th Casper
5th Vanair
14th Puller

St Truck
Casper 7th
Whisler 9th
Gerd 13th

19t
10th Casper
11 Gerd
13 Vanair
19 Ebi
16th Scott
20 Puller

Old Dude
Ebi 3rd
Todd Fasano 4th
Scott 6th
Fritz 9th

Jeremy Felles Factory Mod
9th

I had a hard time understanding on the cell phone. It really

isn't working well up there. So, I'll post more when Scott

gets to the room.

Hi James, you've been gone a long time, sometimes I'm not real

clear! This is the Reedy Truck Race of Champions! One year it was

in Vegas, and other years at the Ranch. Since the Ranch closed, I think

it's been at Hot Rod's in Saugus. I will be gone to the race tomorrow,

call me Monday. 626-963-0422. I'll take care of you!

First this is Casper not Keith. Did not want to relogin though!
The Reedy like all HRH big races runs. They run qual points. That means every round is independent. They rank everyone on how the finished that round compared to everyone else and then thow out the time and keep the points. You get 0 for TQ for the round and 2 for 2nd and 3 points for 3rd etc. The next round you get a new TQ and new 2nd ect.

Now here is the confusing part. After the first day, the resort the qual heats buy your fastest run of the day. The standings Scott gave you were just that. They were the resorted heats by the fastest run. We are good to go for tomorrow. We will strap it up and get er done. Scott is looking fast with the old dudes. My Casper wind mod is silly fast. I actually need to gear it down so it will stop pulling down the straight. Racing is good and tight. It is a fun layout and good racing this year. If this did not make sense I will explain it better tomorrow!

all of you!!

I'll look forward to talking to you Monday, James!

Guys, I won't have a computer tomorrow, so I guess I won't

be able to post until I get home. Unless I find someone with

a computer up there!!

Casper here agian. Using Keith's computer!
It is a good race. The days are short for a large race and the competition is stiff. Stk truck had the third round of qual so close there was only 2 sec that separated 1-6. The race is good and we will have fun tomorrow. It should be a good day. Looking forward to representing Banzai and slingshot tomorrow!

Default 1/12 Rollout

Where should a guy start for rollout with a 9 turn in 1/12th? Also, what are you timing the Check Point motors at, 12 deg.s?
Thanks.

JJMUDD , everyone is gone but me, they're all racing this

week-end!!

And I don't do timing and gearing!!

I would suggest you check with the company you bought

the motor from. We all use different armatures and different

wire gauges, that makes a difference in timing and gearing etc.

Maybe when the guys get back on here, one of them can help!
