Yup...pretty much EXACTLY why I don't think LiPo should be allowed in RC car racing. There is ALWAYS an element of RC racers who are keen to jump onto any new-tech bandwagon without really looking at all, if any, of the potential consequences.

Example--there's only about 50 ways present in the car shown for those batteries to get punctured in "normal" impacts. Would you put the contents of those batteries on your wife's dining room table or on your living room carpet? No? Then keep it off of my club's racing carpet.

At the VERY least, if you're going to play with the LiPos in a car, use something like the Orion packs that have the plastic case.

Looks like they are working on a new rear pod as well.

Is it just me, or does that carbon fiber upper pod brace look broken?

They have been testing that pod since the end of last season, and yes, that one is broken.

Yup, I'm watching the way i drive with that pack in. Laid some paddings underneath it for shock absorption as well.

that pillow ball idea is awesome. much easier to dial in. does the upper arm mount slide side to side as well as changing height?

where are you guys getting 2-56 ball studs in different heights (and/or in larger quantities)

The upper arm mount bolts to the lower arm using vertical mounting holes, so shims can be used to change it's height. There is no side-to-side adjustment currently, but since it is a seperate piece there is the possibility to mount a different molded or machined aftermarket piece that has a different offset and/ or adjustability.

Which Corally 19T do you mean, the handwound 19x1?
Do you have a partnumber (corally) of the motor you're using, I would like to try it out.

I just got my CRC Carpet Knife Bloody Edition and will be building it tonight im gonna be running a 19t. Any set up/build tips? What type of pinions do you guys use? I was told to pick up 29-35 does that sound correct?
