You should get in touch with Jeff Brown of CorallyUSA. He runs a Rev 4 on asphalt in Florida and has a killer setup.

Not going to find a better source for info.

Thanks MJ, but it seems that from BMI website, car is in "comming soon" mode...which makes me wonder how could anyone know it will perform great or be better than the best performing kit present. How do you know its that good? Have you seen and or tested it and compared versus other kits? If so, can you provide some report as to your findings? thx....

And now there is the OD12 car by odpurple. It is an outdoor specific car like the Yokomo. And has become dominate in our local asphalt racing lately.

OD is one of the 'Three Wise Men' of 1/12th scale racing. His design work and fabrication are absolutely top notch.

Believe he will be developing an indoor version. He should reserve "ID12" for that...

the OD12 isnt that a smaller version of the CRC Pantoura 1/10th scale pan car. Looks pretty similar minus 2 cells.

Thx buddy. What are the top 3 asphalt performers you would recommend. You mentioned Yokomo kit is outdoor specific...are there any other ones and which are the best in our estimation and why? Need something that will get me results ASAP and have good support.

Where can I check out more info on the OD12 and where can I purchase one? Also, how much? What about support and parts...is there a website or shops that carry them?

OK. I'll try some paragon I think. What does the sunscreen do for it? Also, how often do you apply the stuff. I havent raced yet, just trying to get used to the car on some smooth parking lots before I hit up the track. It would be nice to get past half throttle for once. Thanks.
