I don't, but I didn't have any of the car until today when I dragged it out and shot it (no digi camera back then).
I'll take some pictures of the front end and post them if you promise not to tell me why it can't possibly work.

bugsee2.....is this Jim H.? Only an old timer like you would know the old delta style rear end.

O.D., The car worked great last weekend. I used the disc instead of rear tubes and the car was on pace w/my L4 the first time out.

Wow od you sure brought back some memories when you talk about the Aguirre brothers. Iam sure you remember Al Chuck, Darrell Empi (sp) from the Bay Area in the 80s. Iam not sure but the picture of the blue/orange car was Darrells trademark color combo, he did really nice paint jobs, usually won the Concours at most races. Does that happen to be one of his works of art? Bill

The Aguirres had a great car back then and RaceCo was a mini dynasty. Al had the Factory Motor Company at the time and always prided himself on giving me too much horsepower to handle. The body is not Darrell's but one that I painted for Bryant Thomas. The flourescents had just come out and we were all goin nuts.

Paul,
Great to hear it!

Nope...sure dont. But Corally wisely is coming out with two versions. One of each in the pics. A US version with associated style front end and uses US tires and a Euro version that uses Corally tires and front end.

When I raced 1/12 and 1/10 pan in the late 80's and early 90's the cars looked like real cars (Nissan GTP, Jag XJ10/12, Porsche 962, etc. Now they look like charicatures. When I saw a Speed 12 body on display when I was checking out getting back into the hobby I had to ask about it--no way I figured that was a ROAR-legal body. Surprise.
I agree 100%. I last raced 1/12 in '88 and when I got back into the scale a month ago I was amazed at how far out of scale the available bodies had become. I've looked everywhere and cannot find a somewhat realistic body.

I have no problem giving up some aero advantage. Anyone know where some "old school" bodies are still available?
I see the Associated TOJ body is still available, at least at Tower. Does that give up too much aero?

What are some other good sources of 1/12th scale info? Websites, magazines, etc. (Already have the Lufaso link, thanks) I've started at the beginning of this thread and have gotten to page 36 or 37

I just bought a RC12L3... hasn't arrived yet. Looking forward to running 4 cell stock on indoor asphalt and/or carpet. Previous experience is in 1/10th electric and nitro TC.

Thanks

I've been waiting to see some info on the new Corally as well.

I am looking at getting another 12th scale to setup for brushless/19turn/mod depending on who I have to race with and I don't want to change out my Tfource to do it.

Plus it would be nice to just have something different to run.

EA it looks like you are coming to WOH this weekend, maybe I'll get a chance to meet you and some of the others on here.
