Default ABout the belts?

Hi fellow racers, I have a question about the belts on this car, are the Kfactory low friction belts worth the extra cash? are they more durable?

No one has the stock replacement belts, i thought raceday or aces hardware would have them but when I put in the part number they don't show up and I don't feel like ordering all the way from rcmart for a few belts.

so are they way better?

also whats the word on the shock ball cups?

From looking at your signature, I see that you have the Mongoose listed, so when you say the stock belts, I assume you mean the stock Mongoose belts and not the stock G4s belts.

Having switched from the Mongoose to the G4s, I can say with all certainty that YES the kFactory belts that the G4s uses are much better than the stock mongoose belts. They are thinner height wise, but are wider. Just switching to those belts (they came with my upgrade) dramatically improved the freedom of my car's drive train.

So if you have to buy new belts anyway, I would say you might as well buy the kFactory belts.

K Factory belts are the way to go. I hear so many people talk about stripped belts and sincerly I can say I just don't have that problem. I ran the entire Nats with price heats and etc plus practice before the races and still my belts are in excellent shape. No need to change them at all. That's a little bang for the money!
