How To?
Hello guys,
I am new to this remote control car racing a friend of mine told me about it and actually sold me one of his old cars that he doesnt use any more some of you from the Sydney area may actually know him his name is Albert Abit!
I went to the race at Eastern Creek last week not to race just to watch as I still have to get a few things and make final touches to my car before I will start racing (The pink and green body that Albert gave to me with the car isnt really my colors so I am working on painting a new body)
My question tho is how can I go about setting up a new racing club near my area As I said I am new to this type of thing but have always enjoyed the thought of racing and to get to my nearest race meet which is Liverpool its hard and I actually know alot of people who live in my area who I have spoken to and they would love to get something a little closer to home.
I was wondering what channels I had to go through to get something happening out my way for example speak to local council and all that type of thing and what regulations are involved?
Please can anyone help me as from what I know of and the people I have spoken to I know that one in my area ( Campbelltown - by the way) Could really be successful I have already talked about it to a few of my mates who are willing to sponsor an event out this way meaning there will be prize money and stuff if I can get it all happening!
Please anyone who has any advice please reply to this post!

Really moorebank? I have been trying to find one close to home and Albert told me the closest was Eastern Creek and anyone who knows sydney knows Eastern Creek isnt that close to Campbelltown haha.
And yeah alot of people have been telling me I got ripped off haha!
I was also wondering are there any websites around where u can get like all the rules and upcoming events from?
