Oh well i hope DV will be on this friday so he can get it sorted before the big race
Not going friday anyways, its a waste of time on a club night IMO

ok ok ok

Discovered this last night, whilst bolting on the Vtec24's for DV this coming weekend... I did wonder where that bit of my front wishbone went

[and just to point out, it has completely speared the rib, not split it!]

Ed
(and fair dincums to Karl, Robfo did hit the post too...)

had a couple of questions re zapper at trackside
this is from Mr Worseley
There are no BRCA rules against using a Can Zapper.

I know that individual Clubs have banned their use at none BRCA events in the past.

I am not aware that any of the Electric Sections have banned their use at National events.

I believe that Stafford don not allow any magnet zappers on site at all.

hey jolly don't spose you could find us a mod setup for the AE1.3 on carpet or know where i could find one. contemplating getting an LCG conversion as im getting bored! need some serious help diagnosing that car. if i didn't nail the turn in point there wasn't any point trying. couldn't correct jack without getting well out of shape and greeting the scenery. fast but too hard to drive!

so when i turn up to work on friday shall i expect my shelves to be empty?cheeky blighters

Colin.
Dont know where I heard this , but I thought it was illegal to zap a 27t at trackside. I know people zap 19t trackside and thats O.K.

I think its mainly "old skool" boys who think you are gaining a massive advantage over them and probably wouldnt be beating them if you werent zapping your cans. Sometime , someday , people may gat credit for being a half descent driver.

If I remember, zapping cans trackside is 'not in the spirit of racing'.
As you guys say, if no advantage in zapping the cans between runs, why take it in the first place.....

funny in a way they left boris`s second hand Yoke SD on the counter untouched
thats the final straw with that car, i might just sell the parts indervidualy to get rid of the damn thing.

anyway, racingbod the LCG costs £180 but do you mind paying carrage. we cancelled jasons visit for today.

colin the lipo you ordered for the xmod is discontinued but we have found a larger one to try, so if you bring either one of your cars up to the shop next time we can size it up.

i agree with robby boy it`s not in the spirit of racing `
not every one has access to it unless it was posted up track side for all to use
russ williams got one he used where ever he went racing trackside , but you had to ask to get at it for money even

i used dowm maritime ian siad yes but i had to put flyers up for `ALL` to see

seanT
