Cell Temperature
While charging a pack, I noticed that 1 cell was quite a bit warmer than the other 3. The cell on the - side was 100 degrees and the other 3 were right around 80 1300 seconds into the cycle. These are SMC 3300 batts. Charging at 5a with a Duratrax Ice charger. What does this mean? More IR for that cell?

I had a pack do something similar i discharged it on the tray and when i tried to charge it again one cell got hot quick. I checked the solder joints and the bar to see if it was shorting that cell out some how. I never found anything. I tried it a few more times and it would do the same thing and say no batt connected after a min. I assume that cell had gone bad. I shure hated to lose a pack so if anyone knows. I would also like hear some ideas

That means that its coolant is low. Add some water and it should be fine.

If you have a discharger that can discharge only one cell, then test them. What I do is charge the whole pack together and then discharge each cell individually. If the cell that is getting hot has much lower numbers than the other ones, then your question is answered.

It didn't get really hot. Peak temp was about 120-125 for that cell and around 115 for the other 3.
