I know there are quite a few tracks in Florida, but where are some near me? I live in Vero Beach and haven't been able to find any other than some in Port St. Lucie (an hour from me)....Anyone know of any closer to me?

Check out speedline there in clearwater it is worth the trip I will be down there soon im traveling from Apopka cause it is a nice track

check out www.fseara.org... there are some tracks listed there. The Royal Palm track is prolly your closest on-road track. I also hear that they are running some on-road at Moroso

wasn't very impressed w/them when i moved here..
went too a few races but wasn't too happy with parts availability at the track and general friendliness sorry if i offend but just my opinion...
and yes i used to run a club and two tracks where i'm from....

Hey nf_ekt the apopka speedway has not been open regularly. I left messages but it just seems like they are not doing it right now. I am fairly new to the area and have not found any places to run off-road . From what I hear there are some make-shift tracks on peoples property but I do not know anyone. If anyone reading this is in Apopka or Orlando please message me. I just got back into nitro off-road and I dont have any spots locally.

Hey, when SCH was in FL last year we stopped by a cool R/C Shop located in Palm Beach/Rivera Beach ... I believe it was on Blue Heron (sp) Blvd. not far from the bridge - or somewhere in that area? HMMM.. It may have been 1 exit north off I-95 heading east actually. ANYWAY, this shop was well connected and they should be able to help. This should point you in "some" direction anyway. Sorry I can't remember the name off hand. If it comes to me I will repost.
