Well, if i could move it over there, you'd never get me out of the sunshine!!!! I just need some people to get down there with me. The people there on the photo's were all warming their cars up for a race meeting at a temporary track meet down the road.

Well - that's how it is in the UK. Most people have to make a decent length trip to race.

I make a round trip of 120 miles each time I race. On the plus side there is always 30-60 racers present on a typical day. Over the winter, the numbers actually increase as we move indoors to race TC's, plus the weather is no longer an issue - assuming people can still stravel to the venue!!

In the midlands, surely there are quite a few choices - so long as you're prepared to travel?

Unhappy

as far as tracks that cater for MT's, there really isn't much choice. There are 2 that i know of, one is in chasewater, cannock, but it's just been made as a fun place to bash around, even though its a pretty cool track. The other is over the other side of Birmingham. doesn't sound far but it takes about 1 1/2 hours to get there, and it's restricted access, due to it being locked in a public park!!!! to be honest, i'm off the TC scene for a while, as i just got a little bored after racing Ashby, Rockingham and so on for 4 years.
