Default Just need a car.....

to basically mess around with. I dont think ill be getting into the racing scene for a long time. I just want a good car to drive around parking lots and up anddown teh street. I want it to have a decent speed and plan to tinker with it a bit too. I dont want the cheap radioshack or toysrus stuff so thats why i was wonderin which is good.

I was looking at the TC4 as one to buy, but whts ur opinion

Best bang for your buck is the Team Losi XXX-S RTR 2.

For hopups, check out the links in my signature.

all the tc cars sit so low...I think for what you want a buggy(maybe with a sedan body)or a truck might be a better choice, to run the tc car you would need to be a lot more picky about where you run it.....jmo

Tamiya TB02. They come with a realistic looking sports body, Bulletproof and have lots of hopup potential. Plus if you get into racing it is able to be raced in the tamiya tcs series.

The RTR2 Losi sits very high. And with the adjustable shocks, I bet it could do 10mm. Those Losi's don't come with droop screws.

I went with the tt-01, very strong and with 1 or 2 hop-ups becomes much beter. Not the bets for racing for that and parking lot antics the xxx-s tr looks great and could challenge at a race track aswell
