and per gemini, it suggests to set it to 6v instead of 7.4v to have a stable voltage if running high voltage servo such as sanwa pgs-hr or hx running ssr mode
It's not critical, but the external capacitor can help reduce temperatures, at least it does in my experience, but usually not enough to be safe without a fan. If you need to pick just a capacitor or just a fan, take the fan. They make 20mm fans.

donny lia's car from redrc's ifmar us world 23; the fan at the bottom left looked decent, anyone knows what it is please! 20mm wtf?

If you mean buying batteries, then I wouldn't recommend shipping packs in the summer. Your new packs will likely be overheated and will show up puffed.
If you are looking to ship a battery for an event, if you can't pack them for your flight then I would consider buying a pack at the event and shipping it back when you are done, that way you have a fresh battery and avoid puffing or ruining your pack and needing to buy one anyway.
That may not be what you wanted to hear, but one the worst things you can do to a LiPo is ship it.

cry baby racing also has a template but I haven’t tried it yet.
OLFA circle cutter... 1-2mm larger than tire diameter. I cut them before paint so i can mount and use the axles to mark the center point of the wheelwell.

I use the olfa for touring car but 12th bodies are
1/ super thin
2/ hard to find the center
I'd recommend a 3d printed tool to trace a circle and then curved scissors
