IMO, to get accurate data for matching and weeding through cells, you need to discharge around 3A. The charge is less important for matching, so long as it is consistent. Around 1A should be sufficient for 800mAh cells.
I used to store my cells fully discharged between races when I ran NiMh. If stored more than a week, 1 full slow cycle before the race charge cycle.
Criteria for matching, is kind of a mix between all 3. Low IR cells will have the highest discharge voltage. When sorting for stock class, I want the highest mAh above 1.1v. I dont care about total capacity of the cell, but care about capacity that will be offered in the powerband that I am looking for. Generally, a cell that has a high capacity above 1.1v will have a low IR and high discharge voltage for a full discharge. Also, using a higher voltage cutoff cuts down a lot of discharge time from the matching process. I used very different equipment when I was matching a decade ago, (Muchmore CTX-D2 which is a 5A discharge), and cells would fall flat on their face when they started to run flat and IR increased. If matching lower than 2A, you are not getting the data that you need honestly, 3A is ideal to actually have load on the cell so you get a good voltage drop and be able to compare the discharge voltage/capacity in the high voltage range more effectively.

Has anyone heard of one of these FlySky modules being converted to use ASF?

I probably have eight or 10 asf receivers in a bag and a few asf chassis.

So I bought the kyosho light kit for my Mr-04 and it keeps blinking, I know with the stock radio you rotate the nob and it will go solid but how exactly do I do that if the radio I am running is a 6PV? Any ideas?

Has anyone tried Al Cass Valve Oil? https://www.amazon.com/Al-Cass-Valve...dp/B002LI4Y92?
This is what I used in slot car drag racing. Some of this mixed with zippo lighter fluid worked really well. Almost as good as EDM fluid!

What is EDM?

MR04 has a different servo pot setup so not sure that is gonna be doable. Easier just to buy an MR04 Evo 2.
What is different about the MA030 Evo board? Now the Evo2 version of that board (sensored) is coming out and looks like it shares the steering pot with the MR03 Evo. Are those boards interchangeable?

I’ve got 3 Wide L setups and an expansion track, plus the CORE timing system, which was the best upgrade when people couldn’t keep count of their laps. Someday when I get over this hobby I’ll sell quite a bit of it, so stay tuned and check out the club site.
