What do we have for a novice class? Is there ever enough people to fill one? I'd love to get my daughter racing but I just don't see what class she could fit into.

We currently don't have a running novice rookie.class. usually ran with vta until they can conform to the class when driving skills improve. Galaxy club does however run novice frequently. Hths you.
My daughter showed little to no intrest.

My daughter has been using my Virtual RC and is loving it. She's improved a lot and it hasn't cost me a million dollars in parts. I bet my dad wishes we had that back in the day when he started my brother and I in 1/8th on road! I'd love to get her on the track and see if it's something she'd want to do.

telling people there isn't a novice class is sure way to make sure no one shows up to run novice.
we a have novice class, there aren't any current novices showing up to run it.
bring your daughter and sign her up, there's no limit on entries for a class,
there's only a 3 or more limit on specialized classes like pro 10 or when we bring our 1/8 scales
let crosier know when you plan on coming, maybe he can bring his grandson out

Will ALWAYS be room for a novice class. Will be 4+ corner marshalls with 1 novice on the track if need be. Novices will always have special love.

Yeah that's kind of what I was thinking, but wasn't sure about the current turn out for novice. I'm putting together a car for her with one of my old silver can motors. I have everything except the chassis. Still trying to figure that part out.

It would be cool to see a novice group grow, and potentially develop more interest in the sport. I'd even park my car and help everyone to get it growing.

Seattle is great with new drivers, young and older. Just be sure to chat with them and give them a heads-up.

Speaking for Galaxy as we were brought up, if you do come up and race with us we always run a novice class and if you give me some notice I will try to drag my daughter out there to race with yours. Mine stopped racing this year because there are not enough girls racing. Our Tamiya race is in two weeks but after that, we will go back to club racing.

The more new drivers the better for the hobby and the entire region.

Shoot sorry I missed this. We can't make it this weekend. We have family photos today. I told her there's other kids that want to race and she's totally into it! Hopefully soon.
