Default Camera setups for filming racing

First time using my GoPro (attached to my head) filming some races. Worked well, but it's a large outdoor track, and it was very hard to see my car on the back straight. I'm also already very bored with the single camera view, so I'm searching for a camera solution that I can pop up around the track, so I can piece together a video with different viewpoints. I was looking at some drone cams like the Run Cam 5, it can shoot in 1080p 120fps, which would be quite good. Ideally, I'd like to put up a few to cover different corners, so they can't be super expensive, but I don't want to shoot in 720p if I can avoid it. WiFi would be a bonus, so I could switch them off and on to save battery and storage.

Thanks and cheers for any advice!
