A bunch of guys at my track are doing this too. I haven't raced in a a few weeks, but I'm going to try and get the info next time I'm there. Spencer sometimes comes through for club racing, I'll see if I can bother him for a few mins

With the AVID -2 C block, what is your final toe and anit squat? Also how do you like the shock setup, i've never tried a 3 hole piston and have only use 1.6-1.8 2mm pistons.
My local tracks are always smooth with small jumps, maybe one table top jump but usually can downside it. I was thinking about trying a shock setup.

Final rear toe is 1° toe in, antisquat is unchanged. My shocks feel great, I like the 2.5 thick pistons because they provide more pack. 3 holes are the way to go with 13mm shocks.

Thanks for all your help and info.

I use blanks and drill all my own pistons, the hole size I use is not offered in a 2.5 thick piston

Suspension Question- Finish my build, setting ride height at 25mm, thats the ride height ive seen with most set ups for clay high bit- once set, if i lift the front end up the shock springs sitting on the cup the top is below the actual blue retainer ring(adjuster) by about 1 mm, is that normal, and does it matter??

It happens, not that big of a deal. I think just about every 2WD Buggy front suspension does that on some level.

Just got my truck yesterday and want a good base setup to start with. I plan on going to RCOne and practice/race at some point in the next couple of months before the Cleveland race.

Thanks,
Here is the most recent setup we ran with the 13mm truck shocks, it works very well. Kyle Holmberg helped me with it after he won the 13.5 Truck class at the Cleveland race last year.

FYI - We went to the Cleveland race last year and I was SHOCKED how much more grip there was in Cleveland vs. RC One. There are a few reasons for the extra grip: 1. It's always brand new carpet (Scotty sells it after the race and starts fresh the next year), 2. They run the onroad race the weekend prior on the exact same layout (minus jumps), and all the sauce adds grip to the carpet, 3. They use a wood sub-floor, 4. It's super warm in that ballroom.

Ryan posted two setups on the RC One FB page - one with a bunch of custom upgrades and mods and one with mostly stock parts; the one with stock parts is also a good place to start for RC One.

Anybody know what all bodies fit the t6.4? Curious if the Techno truck body fits? Like the truggy look. Definitely looking for better truck body options so far the associated stock T 6.2 body is what I'm going with

They are the dirt pads, same as the B6.4d. The spring is the dirt spring from the "d" as well, I believe.

The T6.2 body is brittle. The Proline Body doesn't fit all that well.

I'd go Jconcepts Finnisher or F2.

No I was wrong, the truck comes with the white pads, sorry.

BigBuck answered this correctly for you in the B6.4 forum.

My comment on the spring is correct I believe.

How is it going with the slipper eliminator? Any failures? Are you running on carpet?
