Default Cycling GPS

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone uses a cycling GPS for clocking speed runs with their RC?? I have a Wahoo Bolt which I could theoretically pop in under the body to measure the speed but I was wondering if it is as accurate as some of the more RC specific units that are out there…

I can't comment on the cycling GPS accuracy, but I'm not convinced the RC grade ones are either. My SkyRC one gives me some weird readings sometimes.

Your Wahoo or any Garmin unit will be quite accurate, with a resolution under 5 feet. Those units are designed for serious training, just be sure to periodically calibrate them. They are also water and shock proof with good IPF ratings on most models.
