Default Mt44 or m17

I know there is a price difference of 250 bucks and the m17 is fh5 and the mt44 is fh3/4. Is there any benefit having the m17 over the mt44. I would like some pros and cons please and thank you

There is a difference in latency but not really noticeable. I have buddy i sold my m12(slower than MT44) to and he's been quicker than me recently.

You'll be fine with the mt44.

Default Differences.

The MT44 has two R modes to switch between when on a selected model.

m17 or mt12 has 5 race modes.

M17 has more switches around then trigger (4/5 I can’t remember) vs 2 on MT44. Also the round Dial to turn adjust. M17 can go leftie.

Those are the major differences I’ve noticed beyond the telemetry.

I do really like the mt44 for its form factor.

the handle on the mt44 snaps it’s keeper pretty quick so it looks dumb after it’s broken with the handle permanently in the elevated position. Always gets on the way of the screen.

m17 has throttle trigger spring adjustment too

and m17 can do drop down with angle adjust and plate off set for a more inward or outward steering position out of the horizontal plane.

you might think they’re subtle differences but if you need them you need them 😄
