Will the long or short header fit on my car. Will the long header push the exhaust header too far forward and not fit in body cut out or is that not true.

Either header should fit. Header size is more of a tuning option rather than a fitment option. A longer header will give you more bottom end but less top end. A shorter header will give you less bottom but more top end.
