Body list
There wasn't a body list until a couple of years ago. My recollection is that Rob was quite opposed to a body list, but conceded due to the volume of people asking for one. As far as scale liveries go, some of us have been around long enough to remember Autographoics and their demise. I have also spoken directly to people in the hobby who made scale decals getting cease-and-desist letters from companies as large as Ferrari.
Rob has operated USGT and USVTA rules as a benevolent dictatorship. He may (or may not) listen to what you have yo say. He WILL do what he thinks is best....and he's been doing a damned good job for more than a decade.

I make my own liveries by going to brands of the world and downloading vectors. Then I resize and organise them in an illustrator file, when done, send it to Carl Seils here on a RCtech and he prints them for me.

As you can see, I haven't been able to put down the keyboard today. Family member in hospital and I've spent a good portion of 10 days bedside. I'm hoping to get back to the track on 1/19/20. I don't even have anything to paint or wrench on! :-(

I ran the USGT Spec motor today on a medium size asphalt track. My first impression was it's slow, but after gearing it taller, I think it's fantastic. Everyone was very equal down the back straight. I geared all the way to 3.13 but ran out of gears. I ordered some more gears when I got back from the track, I'm going to try below 3.0 to see if that works ever better. My motor never even got hot, I could put my thumb on it and feel a little warmth after a 5 minute race.

looks like they don’t want racers ... they need some product to make sure racers actually have a layout to run on , not wreck on , wow

St.Charles stepped up when Chicagoland had 5 tracks close over a 18 month period. When Windy City closed in May. It looked bad for the area. I’m a fringe racer at best. New Years was my first on road carpet racing. I’d done one buggy race in November.
It might not be what the super hardcore want, too small. But it’s been shown that, despite Chicagoland having over 5 million people, there aren’t enuff to support a big track.

MCI decals aren't bad at all for what they cost. You can also change what colours they print them in. In addition to this, you can order them in reverse print for installation on the inside of the body. The finish of the decals can be changed as well. I've probably purchased 8 or 9 decal sets for vintage Tamiya cars and never had an issue they didn't resolve quickly(one issue only). Friend of mine buys from them regularly. He like to put a MTN Dew livery on his cars for some reason, lol.
