I thought this was a USGT forum, not TC.

Yep, new Exotek. Basically glued an Audi face on a TC shell? Obviously performance over scale looks. Hey, if that's all that matters (percormance), it's a great choice. Myself, I like the scale looks that's why I rock a Vette or 911. But the paint job above looks great, props!

I simply used the weight to simulate how much downforce it was seeing on the track. I don't leave it there. From what I gather on my body rubbing issue, the body is seeing somewhere north of 60 grams of downforce currently.

I don't see how that's any more TC than the PFM-10

Interesting way of experimenting, but downforce seems to be such a dynamic thing, that it would be hard to simulate with weights esp when cornering. Where downforce would keep a car glued to a track on a high speed corner, it would cause a roll over with the same force placed at the top of the car.

In case run carpet race, the best body is still Pzero instead of Rtek and Venom, right?

Anybody ran Montech EB1 before?
I never saw someone tried it, is that so bad?

Best regards

Yes P-Zero on high bite. You can get away with the Ford GT or others at med grip carpet tracks.

Really happy with how the airbrushing on this PROTOform 190mm Ford GT body turned out. It sure took a lot of time! Liquid mask and Faskolor paints throughout. Just the body assembly took a couple of hours to align and tap those 14 holes and bolt them. But she turned out sweet!

robk, patorz31, kwkride and 8 others like this.

You can't go wrong with either the new fantom icons(No pins) or the R1 and SMC motors, but don't count out Trinity(legal version)....
