Different variants of Savox SC-1258tg
#1
So I have 2 4wd buggies (one mine, one is my son's) and they both have the Ryan Cavalieri signature version of the Savox SC-1258 (non-HV version). This carries the -CE suffix on the model. This costs around $70 pretty much everywhere right now.
Savox also offers the SC-1258TG black edition (this model number carries the -BE suffix), which also features a black appearance, short black lead, and seemingly identical basic specs. This is $67 pretty much everywhere.
Savox also offers the SC-1258TG (no suffix on the model number) which has black plastic and orange anodized band around the outside, seemingly identical specs to the others, but has a longer, 3 color wire. This is pretty much $60 everywhere.
So I bought a used 2wd buggie, and I want the speed of the steering to be similar to what I am used to, and I am on a budget. Rather than the signature, I was considering the slightly cheaper models. Does anyone know for sure that these products functionally identical, with the exception of the longer cord? I like the all-black, but I don't know if it is worth an extra $7-10.
Please let me know.

All looks. They are the exact same servo underneath. CE is Cavalieri Edition, and BE is Black Edition. I would get the cav or the black just because I have to orange stuff in my cars and It would look clean. If you bought and Xray, you could do an orange build and buy a hobbywing orange esc which would look really cool. But performance wise, they are all the same.
